 | John & Shanda Shepard, Owners As our store’s second generation of owners, John and Shanda strive to serve Panama City and surrounding communities' unique needs. John, a graduate of United States Naval Academy and Marine Corps veteran, and Shanda, a graduate of Virginia Tech, carry on a tradition that began with John’s parents, Cliff and Cheryl Whitaker. John honors his parents’ legacy with his integrity, knowledge, and professionalism. He’s a premier flooring expert and affiliated with the World Floor Covering Association, National Wood Flooring Association, and Certified Flooring Installers. Together, John and Shanda, who serves as company vice president, offer flooring and friendly services at their finest. | |

 | Shanda Shepard, Vice President Customer oriented and focused professional. Shanda is part of the second generation of ownership for Carpet One Floor & Home in Panama City. She brings a bachelor degree from Virginia Tech along with years of experience in the customer service field. Together with her husband, John, she works daily to improve the customer experience at the store. | |

 | Crystal Pitts, CFS, Flooring Design Consultant A native of Bay County, Crystal began her career with us in 2000. With her bright smile and immense industry knowledge, Crystal has made lasting friendships with many a client. She says the feeling she gets from seeing customers’ happy faces never wears old. Over the years, Crystal has assisted in some truly unique and exciting projects: most notably the Pirate Ship sailing out of Treasure Harbor Marina. Indeed, no project is too big- or too small for Crystal’s talents. When she’s not hard at work bringing décor dreams to reality, Crystal enjoys family time with her husband and their two children. Outdoor activities are a favorite, and the family frequently goes camping, deep-sea fishing, and on trips to the seashore. | |
